Frequently Asked Questions

Pricing questions answered

Everything below is pulled from the current Northern Ireland adult assessment, child assessment, and psychiatry pathways.

The assessment is split into three stages: the £49 Initial Consultation, the £495 Full Assessment, and the £325 Diagnosis & Report. You pay progressively so you can make an informed decision at each clinical decision point. Total pathway: £869, only if you proceed through all three stages.

Staged pricing lowers upfront commitment and lets you make informed decisions at each milestone. The £49 Initial Consultation helps determine suitability before committing to the £495 Full Assessment, followed by the £325 Diagnosis & Report.

The child pathway follows the same staged structure: the £49 Initial Consultation, the £655 Clinical Assessment, and the £595 Diagnosis & Report, a total of £1,299. Each stage is paid as you reach it, and Klarna can split Steps 2 and 3 over three months. Full details are on the child ADHD assessment page.

Yes. On the adult pathway, Klarna monthly payment plans are available for the £495 Full Assessment and the £325 Diagnosis & Report. On the child pathway, Klarna covers the £655 Clinical Assessment and the £595 Diagnosis & Report. On both pathways the £49 Initial Consultation is paid up-front.

The Psychiatry Intake Consultation is £49. If titration is clinically appropriate, the structured initiation & titration programme is £289 per month for 3 months. After stabilisation, follow-up reviews are £125 per appointment, only as clinically required. Eligible stable patients can instead move to ongoing Duality Healthcare membership at £49.99 per month for prescription continuity.

Yes, in many cases. The first step is the £49 intake consultation so the team can review your diagnosis, documents, treatment history, and suitability for the right pathway.

Patients see the ADHD Now clinician online, while psychiatry services are conducted in association with and fulfilled by Duality Healthcare.
