The child pathway follows the same staged structure: the £49 Initial Consultation, the £655 Clinical Assessment, and the £595 Diagnosis & Report, a total of £1,299. The Psychiatry Intake Consultation is £49. If titration is clinically appropriate, the structured initiation & titration programme is £289 per month for 3 months. After stabilisation, follow-up reviews are £125 per appointment, only as clinically required. Eligible stable patients can instead move to ongoing Duality Healthcare membership at £49.99 per month for prescription continuity.
