Matthew Gavin is the CEO and Founder of ADHD Now, where he leads the transformation of how ADHD assessment and treatment are delivered. With more than a decade of experience in senior executive roles, Matthew focuses on making high–quality, clinically robust ADHD care more accessible and affordable.

At ADHD Now, Matthew works closely with the clinical leadership team to ensure the service operates to high standards of clinical governance, patient safety, and ethical practice. He is deeply involved in shaping care pathways, outcome measurement, and quality improvement, making sure that every aspect of the service supports evidence–based, patient–centred care.

Matthew's leadership is grounded in a clear mission: to build a trusted ADHD service that combines clinical excellence with convenient, modern access, delivering personalised care to people who need it most.

Dr Vishnu Pradeep is the Clinical Director and Lead Consultant Psychiatrist at ADHD Now, responsible for overseeing the clinical quality, safety, and effectiveness of ADHD services across the organisation. He is a Canadian–Irish psychiatrist with dual specialist certification in Adult and Geriatric Psychiatry, and is a member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists in both the UK and Ireland.

At ADHD Now, Vishnu leads on clinical governance, service design, and care pathways, ensuring that assessments and treatments are evidence–based, person–centred, and delivered to consistently high standards. He works closely with the multidisciplinary teams to embed best practice in ADHD assessment, prescribing, monitoring, and follow–up.

Vishnu's professional interests include quality improvement, service development, leadership, and organisational behaviour. He holds a Master's degree in Public Administration and Leadership, which informs his approach to building scalable, sustainable clinical services within a modern digital healthcare setting.

Dr Shane Wolson is a Chartered Principal Psychologist at ADHD Now, bringing over 19 years of experience across clinical and corporate settings. At ADHD Now, he plays a key role in the psychological leadership of the service, helping to shape assessment frameworks, diagnostic formulations, and evidence–based treatment pathways for ADHD and co–occurring mental health difficulties.

Shane leads and supports the teams in the service working in neurodivergence and psychology, ensuring that each client's journey, from initial assessment through to treatment and follow–up, is person–centred, collaborative, and clinically robust. His therapeutic work focuses on helping clients build emotional resilience, self–understanding, and sustainable coping strategies.

Daniel "Danny" Buckley is a Director and Founder at ADHD Now, a mission–driven organisation shaped by his own lived experience of ADHD. Encouraged by his late wife, Simone, Danny first sought support and eventually pursued an ADHD assessment — a step she believed would help him understand himself more fully and build a life with greater clarity and stability.

The process was difficult and eye–opening. Danny encountered the long waiting lists, confusing systems and emotional barriers that so many people face when trying to access ADHD assessment and care. When he finally received a diagnosis and the right support, everything changed: he became more grounded, more self–aware and, most importantly, more emotionally available.

Driven by Simone's belief in him and his own transformation, Danny founded ADHD Now with the other Founders to make that journey more accessible, timely and humane.

Jack Starling is a Director and Founder at ADHD Now, working at the intersection of growth, operations, patient experience, and digital innovation. In his role, Jack helps ensure that ADHD Now's services are not only clinically robust, but also accessible, efficient, and easy for patients to navigate.

At ADHD Now, Jack works closely with the growth, clinical, operations, and support teams to grow, design and refine end–to–end patient journeys — from first contact and assessment through to treatment, follow–up, and ongoing support. His focus is on building scalable systems, clear processes, and high–quality communication.

Dr Michaela Murray is a Chartered Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years' experience in the mental health field. She completed her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience, King's College London.

Dr Murray has a particular interest and expertise in the assessment and treatment of neurodevelopmental disorders, including ADHD. At ADHD Now, Dr Murray plays a key role in delivering high–quality psychological assessments for children presenting with ADHD symptoms and co–occurring mental health difficulties.

Dr Donal Moynihan is a Chartered Clinical Psychologist with over 10 years' experience in the mental health field. He completed his Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at University College Cork and has many years of experience working in the HSE as a clinical psychologist.

Dr Moynihan has a particular interest and expertise in the assessment and treatment of neurodevelopmental disorders, including ADHD. At ADHD Now, Dr Moynihan plays a role in delivering high–quality psychological assessments for adults presenting with ADHD symptoms and co–occurring mental health difficulties.

Rocío Galán is a Chartered Psychologist with the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI) and is registered with the Official College of Psychologists (COP) in Spain. At ADHD Now, Rocío plays a key role in the delivery of high–quality psychological assessment and treatment for adults with ADHD and co–occurring mental health difficulties.

She completed her Honours Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Master's Degree in Health Psychology at the University of Seville. At ADHD Now, Rocío applies this experience to provide comprehensive ADHD assessments, formulation and evidence–based interventions, using an integrative, client–centred approach.

As a Chartered Clinical Psychologist (Ps.S.I.), Dr. Ryan brings extensive experience from public and private healthcare sectors in Ireland and the UK. He holds a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (NUI Galway) and an MSc in Healthcare Leadership (UCC) among his qualifications. Additionally, Dr. Ryan has published research in international journals.

Maria Pendola is a Senior Clinical Psychologist with over 30 years of international experience spanning South America, North America and Europe. At ADHD Now, she specialises in the online assessment and diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in adults (16+), working with clients across Ireland, the UK and internationally. She is a Chartered Member of the Psychological Society of Ireland.

Maria has held senior roles in both public and private healthcare systems, with experience across psychiatry, neurology, physical rehabilitation, and chronic health conditions. She has completed specialised training in ADHD, ASD diagnostic tools (ADOS–2, ADI–R), and adult ADHD assessment (DIVA–5). Maria offers services in Spanish and English, and also speaks Portuguese at an intermediate level.

Dr. Basil Al–Numan is a medical doctor and psychiatry registrar at ADHD Now, with over a decade of experience in adult, child and adolescent psychiatry across both the HSE and the private sector, including training with The College of Psychiatrists of Ireland and holding The Professional Certificate in Youth Psychiatry (Australia).

At ADHD Now, Dr Al–Numan applies this experience to provide comprehensive ADHD assessments, formulation and evidence–based interventions for both under–18s and adults. He uses an integrative, client–centred approach, combining clinical interview, developmental history and validated assessment tools to build a clear understanding of each person's strengths and challenges.

Dr Idara Udo is a medical doctor and psychiatry registrar at ADHD Now with over a decade of experience across child, adolescent and adult mental health services primarily within the HSE. She has worked extensively in conducting comprehensive diagnostic assessments based on ICD and DSM criteria.

Dr Udo is trained in the ADOS–2 and ADI–R and has completed adult ADHD training with UKAAN, enhancing her ability to differentiate ADHD from overlapping conditions and to identify complex comorbidities. At ADHD Now, she applies this expertise to deliver thorough ADHD assessments, clear formulations and tailored treatment plans.

Dr Khalid Rauf Malik is a Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist at ADHD Now, bringing more than two decades of specialist experience in CAMHS across the HSE in Ireland and the NHS in the UK. He is on the IMC specialist register, the GMC specialist register, and is Section 12(2) and Approved Clinician (AC) approved.

At ADHD Now, Dr Malik provides comprehensive psychiatric assessment, diagnosis and ongoing management for children and adolescents, using a bio–psycho–social model. He is trained in and experienced with structured assessment tools such as DIVA, 3Di, ADI–R, Conners' scales, NEBA and school–based observations.

Dr Anne-Frédérique Naviaux is a Consultant Psychiatrist with over 20 years of clinical experience in adult and child & adolescent psychiatry across Belgium, France and Ireland. In 2026, she was appointed as Consultant Psychiatrist to the HSE Regional Adult ADHD Service for Dublin and the South East, where she has been involved in the development of the regional specialist service. She has a particular clinical interest in ADHD as a lifespan condition, autism spectrum conditions, and the transition from adolescence to adulthood. Her training in both adult and child & adolescent psychiatry enables her to bring a developmental perspective to the assessment and management of neurodevelopmental conditions throughout adult life.

Dr Naviaux is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based and person-centred care. She believes that understanding each person’s developmental history, strengths, challenges and life circumstances is fundamental to delivering personalised, evidence-based care. Alongside her clinical work, she remains actively involved in medical education, service development and academic research, with a particular interest in advancing the understanding and delivery of high-quality neurodevelopmental care across the lifespan.

José Montiel is a Psychologist with the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI) and a registered member of the Official College of Psychologists (COPAO) in Andalucía, Spain. At ADHD Now, José plays a key role in delivering high–quality ADHD assessments and therapeutic interventions for adults.

In recent years, José has specialised in working with neurodivergent profiles, with a particular focus on ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder. José is also an EMDR clinician, accredited by the European Association of EMDR, which he integrates into his therapeutic work to address trauma.

Diogo Santos is a Clinical Psychologist registered with the Portuguese Psychology Board (Ordem dos Psicólogos Portugueses) and the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI). He is a EuroPsy–certified psychologist, specialising in the Clinical and Health field of practice.

Diogo joined ADHD Now in November 2023, where he delivers high–quality ADHD–focused psychological assessments for adults. Fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish, Diogo integrates psychodynamic and CBT approaches in his work.

Dr. Ivan Muselimovic is a medical doctor and specialist in psychiatry and psychotherapy at ADHD Now. He currently practices in Switzerland as a Senior Physician (Oberarzt) at Rehaklinik Davos, having earned his medical degree and completed his psychiatry residency in Zagreb at the University Psychiatric Hospital “Vrapče,” alongside postgraduate psychiatric studies and training in psychoanalytic psychotherapy. His professional qualifications and specialty are formally recognized in Switzerland as well as in the Republic of Ireland, where he holds an active specialist registration with the Irish Medical Council (IMC). Furthermore, he has advanced his clinical expertise in neurodivergence by completing the UKAAN training for adult ADHD diagnosis and treatment.

At ADHD Now, Dr. Muselimovic applies his extensive clinical experience to provide comprehensive diagnostic assessments and individualized treatment planning. He utilizes a structured, compassionate, and patient-centered approach, with a specialized focus on the differential diagnosis and management of adult ADHD and neurodivergence, including complex presentations.

Roberta Vitale is an Assistant Psychologist at ADHD Now and a Graduate Member of the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI). She is also registered with the Italian Order of Psychologists (OPRS) and recognised by the Danish Supervisory Board of Psychological Practice.

Roberta completed her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Master's Degree in Developmental and Life Cycle Psychology at the University of Palermo in Italy. At ADHD Now, Roberta plays a key role in clinical interviewing, administering and interpreting psychometric measures.

Rebecca O'Donovan is an Assistant Psychologist at ADHD Now, where she plays a key role in supporting the delivery of comprehensive ADHD assessments and psychoeducational interventions for children, adolescents, and adults.

Rebecca completed her Master's in Applied Psychology at University College Cork (UCC) in 2024. At ADHD Now, Rebecca draws on this experience to assist in the assessment and formulation process, provide tailored psychoeducation, and support clients in understanding their strengths and challenges.

Giulia is a Dublin–based psychologist with over seven years of experience in mental health and psychological assessment. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and is currently completing a Master's in Counselling and Psychotherapy. Giulia has extensive experience assessing and supporting neurodivergent individuals, using structured clinical tools and evidence–based frameworks aligned with DSM–5 criteria. Her work focuses on comprehensive assessment, clinical interpretation, and guiding individuals through the diagnostic and post–diagnostic process to support understanding, care planning, and appropriate interventions.

Aoife White is an Assistant Psychologist with ADHD Now, where she brings a warm style to her work which allows her to create a supportive and validating experience for those on a self understanding journey.

Aoife completed her MSc in Applied Psychology in Dublin Business School in 2022. Her clinical experience is broad, having worked across a wide variety of settings including, emergency accommodation, direct provision reception centres and Primary Care.

Ciarán Coyle is a fully IACP–accredited counsellor and psychotherapist with a broad professional background spanning social care, youth work, addiction services, corporate wellbeing and integrative therapeutic practice. At ADHD Now, Ciarán provides integrative, neurodiversity–affirming therapy, drawing on approaches such as Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and NLP–informed strategies.

Over the past 18 months, Ciarán has specialised in working with clients with ADHD and broader neurodivergence. Ciarán has advanced training in psychometrics and uses structured psychological measures and outcome–tracking tools to support clients in making tangible progress.

Darina Stoilova is a Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor at ADHD Now, with around nine years' experience working in adolescent and adult mental health. At ADHD Now, she provides neuro–affirmative therapeutic support to adolescents and adults, along with parenting consultations, parenting workshops and post–identification support.

Darina's clinical background spans a wide range of settings, including Child & Family Psychology Services, Carlow Youth Service, Tusla Therapeutic Team, and Solas Cancer Support Service. Her work is rooted in a neuro–affirmative, relational and trauma–informed approach, with a strong focus on safety, validation and developmentally attuned care.

Fiona is a qualified Mental Health Nurse who graduated from University College Cork in 2020. She began her career working in acute mental health services within the HSE. Fiona later broadened her clinical experience in Australia, working across a wide variety of settings including acute mental health, drug and alcohol services, and adolescent mental health.

In her role with ADHD Now, Fiona conducts consultations with adults, young people, and parents to assess the presence and impact of ADHD symptoms in daily life. She also supports the psychiatry team reviewing clinical reports to ensure they meet required standards.

Joseph Mhanna is the Head of Operations at ADHD Now, responsible for ensuring that the organisation's services are delivered efficiently, reliably and to consistently high standards. He oversees the day–to–day operational running of the service, working closely with clinical and client–facing teams.

At ADHD Now, Joseph's role spans service planning, workflow design, capacity management and operational problem–solving. Joseph is also fluent in English, German, Arabic and French offering multilingual support as required.

Christine is the Customer Care and Scheduling Manager at ADHD Now, responsible for overseeing all customer support, appointment scheduling and complaint resolution across the organisation's psychology, psychiatry and therapy services. She ensures smooth day–to–day clinic operations and leads a dedicated, compassionate customer care team.

With previous experience working triage on crisis lines and a background in psychotherapy, Christine brings a deep understanding of mental health needs. Her commitment to empathetic communication and efficient service helps create an environment where clients feel heard, supported and cared for.

As Head of Client Services at ADHD Now, Philip is responsible for developing and directing the overall client engagement strategy, ensuring a high–quality, reliable experience from first contact through to the start of treatment. He leverages a diverse professional background in management, recruitment and people leadership.

Philip focuses on translating complex clinical and service models into clear, accessible information for clients. Central to his role is ensuring that the client experience is structured, predictable and respectful of neurodivergent needs.

Larissa is a psychiatry administrator and customer service specialist at ADHD Now, providing clear, compassionate support to clients throughout their journey with the service. She holds a Nursing degree and an MBA in Business from Brazil, as well as a Diploma in Leadership and Management from Dorset College in Dublin.

At ADHD Now, Larissa plays a key role in scheduling, coordination and client communication, supporting smooth clinic operations and helping clients navigate appointments, assessments and follow–up.

Lauren is a Care Coordinator Specialist at ADHD Now and is often the first point of contact for potential clients exploring our services. With a strong background in healthcare and complex care services, she helps individuals and families take their first steps towards assessment and support with confidence and clarity.

Lauren is committed to offering a warm, welcoming and neurodivergent–friendly experience, particularly for those who may feel anxious or unsure about seeking help.

Gabriella is an experienced healthcare and administrative professional at ADHD Now, with over a decade of experience supporting patients and multidisciplinary teams. She combines strong organisational skills, compassion and multilingual communication to ensure that every client interaction is handled with care, clarity and professionalism.

At ADHD Now, Gabriella plays a key role in coordinating appointments, managing enquiries and supporting clinical workflows, helping patients to navigate the service smoothly from initial contact through to follow–up.

Jade is a Care Coordinator Specialist at ADHD Now and is often the first point of contact for potential clients exploring our services. He brings a distinctive blend of experience across Health and Safety, sales, professional sport and people leadership.
