Director and Founder
Daniel "Danny" Buckley is a Director and Founder at ADHD Now, a mission-driven organisation shaped by his own lived experience of ADHD. Encouraged by his late wife, Simone, Danny first sought support and eventually pursued an ADHD assessment – a step she believed would help him understand himself more fully and build a life with greater clarity and stability.
The process was difficult and eye-opening. Danny encountered the long waiting lists, confusing systems and emotional barriers that so many people face when trying to access ADHD assessment and care. When he finally received a diagnosis and the right support, everything changed: he became more grounded, more self-aware and, most importantly, more emotionally available.
Driven by Simone's belief in him and his own transformation, Danny founded ADHD Now with the other Founders to make that journey more accessible, timely and humane.
