ADHD Now (“the Company”) aims to provide high-quality services with clear, fair, and transparent policies regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before booking our services. By proceeding with any booking, you confirm that you understand and agree to these terms.
This policy applies to all services offered by ADHD Now, including (but not limited to) Adult and Child Assessments, Psychiatry Services, and Therapy Services.
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge within six (6) hours of making the original booking.
After this six-hour window, standard cancellation and refund rules (outlined below) apply.
If you cancel an appointment within seventy-two (72) hours of its scheduled time, no refund will be issued.
If you wish to reschedule within forty-eight (48) hours of the scheduled appointment, a rescheduling fee of 20% of the original appointment cost will apply.
In exceptional cases where unforeseen events occur (e.g., medical emergencies, bereavement, force majeure), ADHD Now may, at its sole discretion, waive or reduce the 20% rescheduling fee or offer a refund where legally permissible.
Partial Payments (Deposit)
A partial payment (deposit) is required to secure your appointment time.
By placing a deposit, you understand and agree that the remaining balance must be settled within the deadlines set forth below.
Five (5) Business Days Deadline
Full payment of the service fee is due no later than five (5) business days prior to your scheduled appointment date.
Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in Ireland.
If the full balance is not received by this deadline, the appointment will be automatically cancelled and standard cancellation rules (including non-refunds) may apply.
Communication of Non-Payment Cancellations
If your appointment is cancelled due to non-payment, ADHD Now will make reasonable efforts to notify you by email or phone.
Late payments received after the five-business-day deadline do not guarantee reinstatement of the appointment. A new appointment may need to be scheduled, subject to availability.
ADHD Now will issue refunds only if the following conditions are met:
The refund request is made within the specified timeframe for the service in question.
The circumstances meet the eligibility criteria under this policy (or in extenuating circumstances at ADHD Now’s sole discretion).
Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used.
Timing: Please allow up to ten (10) business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

If you have a dispute regarding a cancellation, rescheduling fee, or refund, please contact our support team for an internal review. If the matter is not resolved, disputes may be escalated to management. You may also have rights under Irish consumer protection or other applicable laws, which this policy does not affect.
ADHD Now is not liable for any loss, damage, or delay resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to technical issues, third-party failures, or patient non-compliance.
ADHD Now will not be held responsible for any delays or failures in fulfilling our obligations due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government actions).
We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to patients. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
By booking or using any of ADHD Now’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this Cancellation & Refund Policy, as well as our general Terms and Conditions. This policy does not limit or exclude your statutory rights under Irish consumer law.
