How quickly will my patient be seen?
We aim to contact all referred patients within 5 working days of receiving the referral. Initial assessments are typically scheduled within 2-3 weeks, depending on current demand and urgency of the case.
Will I receive a copy of the assessment report?
Yes, with the patient's consent, we will send you a comprehensive report detailing our findings, diagnosis (if applicable), and treatment recommendations. This is typically sent within 10 working days of the assessment completion.
What if my patient is already on ADHD medication?
Please include details of current medications, dosages, and treatment history in your referral. We will review their current treatment plan and make recommendations for optimisation if needed, always maintaining continuity of care.
Do you accept medical card patients?
ADHD Now is a private service. However, we offer flexible payment plans and work to make our services as accessible as possible. We can provide detailed receipts for patients who may have private health insurance coverage.
What age groups do you assess?
We provide assessment and treatment services for children from age 6 upwards, adolescents, and adults. Our team includes specialists experienced in working with all age groups.
