Clinical Nurse Specialist / Advanced Nurse Practitioner
In a good ADHD service, nurses aren't just supporting the show — they're often the most important relationship a client has. You'll carry your own caseload, use your clinical judgement, and build the kind of connections that actually help people change how they live. If you've felt underused in other settings, that won't be the case here.
About the Role
You'll hold your own remote caseload of adults and/or children with ADHD, monitor medication, manage titration, and help clients understand their condition. ANPs can prescribe within agreed protocols. You'll work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and therapists in a truly collaborative team.

What We're Looking For
- NMBI registration — Mental Health Nurse or general nurse with relevant experience
- CNS qualification — or working towards one. ANP registration welcome
- Experience in psychiatry, ADHD, or neurodevelopmental work
- Strong assessment skills and the ability to communicate clearly with clients
- Comfortable working independently, but knows when to loop in the team
